Why are you called The Shoebox Edit?

The Shoebox Edit is the official poster shop from Living
in a Shoebox. The name is inspired by our belief that great design isn't
about the size of your home—it's about choosing pieces you truly love. Just as
an editor carefully selects the very best content, we've curated a collection
of timeless, high-quality artwork designed to help you create a home that's
uniquely yours, whether you live in a tiny apartment or a spacious house.

When will my order be delivered?

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada,
with Europe and Australia coming soon. Most orders are delivered within 4–10
business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a
confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

 Can I return my order?

Because each print is made to order, we’re unable to accept
returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or
accidentally ordering the wrong item.

However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, or you
receive the wrong item, please contact us within 28 days of delivery and
include clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or
refund.

 Where are your posters printed?

Our posters are printed to order by a trusted network of
professional print partners located as close to our customers as possible. This
helps reduce shipping times, lowers transport-related emissions, and ensures
your order arrives quickly and in excellent condition.

Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?

We do our best to ensure our product images accurately
represent each print. However, colours may vary slightly from what you see on
your screen due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, and
device displays.

What paper are your posters printed on?

Our posters are printed using the Giclée method on premium
museum-grade archival matte paper, ensuring exceptional detail, rich colour,
and outstanding image quality.

The acid-free paper is designed to resist yellowing over
time, while high-quality pigmented archival inks produce vibrant,
fade-resistant colours that are made to last. The smooth matte finish minimises
glare and enhances every detail, giving each print a timeless, gallery-quality
appearance.

Do your posters come framed?

No. All of our posters are sold unframed, giving you the
freedom to choose a frame that suits your home and personal style.
